Dear Mary and Wayne, Thank you both for all the help that you have given me on this order, it arrived very promptly on Thursday morning and was assembled Friday night. We are so pleased with it and it looks fabulous!  Our interior designer from Clement Joscelyne - Brentwood is that taken with our bedroom she is now trying to get it featured in an interiors magazine, I will of course let you know if this happens, (this will be once the room is finshed of course), so I will be placing an additional order for bedroom furniture in black very soon.

 The men arrived to day to pick up the mattress and deliver the new one.  They rapidly recognised the problem with the bed which related to the fact the sides were the wrong way around !!! ... an obvious error when pointed out... they kindly put the bed together and exchanged the mattress. Please except my unreserved apologies for any inconvenience caused.
On a different note, despite the minor hiccups I would just like to congratulate on the service that you have provided. Dawn and I have been most impressed at your prompt and personal attention to our order. In addition the men who delivered our order were nothing short of excellent, in that on both occasions they were polite, friendly and helpful.
We shall certainly be recommending you to others and will keep an eye on your website.
