| Very pleased with products we ordered and the delivery was excellent, on both occasions we were 'phoned the day before and given a 2 hour time window and asked if that was acceptable, the time frame was adhered to, so much better than the AM/PM or Whole Day options dictated by most companies.
On the next delivery we agreed a 18.00-20.00 window and at 17.30 my husband called to see if they could advise likely ETA, the call went to voicemail (He didn't leave a message) but within 15 mins he was called back regarding the call, He asked about ETA and the gentleman said he would check and get back to him. He did within 10 mins or so stating the delivery would arrive in 15-20 mins, which it did - brilliant!! Before he retired my husband was in Worldwide Express Freight/Logistics for over 20 years and he was most impressed.
When the need arises I will certainly be shopping with you again. |

When ordering the furniture we were a bit apprehensive about ordering online without viewing the furniture, and the fact we were paying through the a website we knew little about. However, it could not have gone smoother. Any queries I had were dealt with immediately by Mary Moira who was very polite and friendly. Unfortunately the chest of drawers we ordered was not available at the time so we will have to order that in the near future. We were given a refund immediately, without any fuss. An added bonus was that we needed matching knobs for the new wardrobes we installed and one of your staff (maybe yourself?) has ordered them for us so they match the new furniture. They will be delivered in the near future I'm sure.

They rapidly recognised the problem with the bed which related to the fact the sides were the wrong way around !!! ... an obvious error when pointed out... they kindly put the bed together and exchanged the mattress.
