Fornasetti furniture has become highly sought after and makes a wonderful, stand-out addition to any home or office. Collaborating with architect Gio Ponti, Fornasetti furniture can be identified by his use of everyday objects as decoration; working on self-designed pieces and those created by Ponti, he would apply graphic images such as those of books, 2D cityscapes, playing cards, harlequins, fish and hands to his unique furniture, creating visually appealing pieces out of functional household items. Other themes that he would often employ were the sun, time and faces, with influences from his love of classical Roman and Greek art also prevalent.
