In March, we were excited to celebrate Sweetpea & Willow’s sweet 17th birthday. We are incredibly proud of our journey and development over the past seventeen years, and to celebrate, we want to share with you some of our accomplished milestones over the years, spotlighting our luxury and exclusive Handmade In London collection, and celebrating our longstanding relationship with some of our most beloved brands. We are truly honoured to continue to expand and grow our Sweetpea family and to encourage more people than ever before to ‘love the way you live.’
A year after Sweetpea & Willow’s establishment, we were thrilled to expand our offices and open our first 2500 sq. ft showroom. Two moves later, we settled into our current converted warehouse, creating a stunning 8000sq. ft showroom in West London, filled with stunning pieces from our range. We built the glamorous Willow’s Bar, allowing people to browse our collection for themselves with a glass of bubbles or a lovely barista coffee.
Shortly after this, Mr and Mrs Sweetpea expanded their own Sweetpea family, and welcomed their son Rowan to the world in 2007, followed by their youngest, Ava, in 2009. In 2012, Sweetpea & Willow won our first award – the SheerLuxe Online Shopping Award. In 2015, we supported Fields Of Life by purchasing a freshwater well for the Odwarata ‘C’ community in East Africa, giving 576 people access to safe and clean water – an achievement we are extremely proud of.
In 2017, a very special boy had his first day in the office… the beautiful Bailey! Our treasured Sweetpea office dog has spent a whole six years making everyone at the office smile! He even makes a few appearances in some of our product images, including the Landsdowne Sofa, the Tosca Upholstered Bed and Bailey’s Pink Velvet Dog Bed.
10 YEARS OF HANDMADE IN LONDON
We launched our own brand of luxury home furniture, Handmade In London, in 2013, and are so happy to be celebrating a whole decade of our beautiful in-house designs. One of our first Handmade In London pieces was the sumptuous and snuggly Valentine Sofa, a gorgeous staple piece for any contemporary home. We have since worked hard to create over 100 designs and over 300 upholstery fabrics for our customers to choose from, striving to give our clients the freedom to create the sofa or bed of their dreams.

Since 2012, we have proudly worked alongside the renowned luxury brand, Eichholtz. We love giving our UK customers an opportunity to embellish their homes with the sophisticated modern glamour offered by this exceptional brand. We are thrilled to celebrate a 12-year-long relationship with Eichholtz and continue to adore their striking, high-quality designs

In 2020, we punctuated our collection with the playful panache of Jonathan Adler. The modern American glamour of this fabulous brand brought a joyful and eclectic sense of luxury to our site, and we continue to fall head over heels for Jonathan Alder’s breathtaking style and designs.
