About the role:
The Marketing & PR position comes with great responsibility where you will lead the charge on getting the Sweetpea & Willow brand further out there, using both online and offline tools.
This entrepreneurial role requires expertise and knowledge (preferably within the Interiors sector) as well as passion and dedication.
An experienced Marketing & PR candidate for a luxury brand
Job Type: Full time and office based is preferable (although freelance is an option) in West London, Isleworth, TW7 6NJ
Days of Work: Monday - Friday 08:30am - 17:30pm
Starting Salary: £30,000++ per annum based on experience (or monthly retainer rate if you are freelance etc)
Annual Leave: 20 days per annum plus 8 Bank Holidays

The main duties of the job include (but not exhaustive):
Developing, co-ordinating and implementing marketing strategies using online and offline tools Implementing a PR strategy
Cement relationships with key press and tracking coverage both for trade and consumer
Responding to press enquiries and providing them with relevant information/images/loans
Putting an e-marketing strategy in place and liaising with relevant departments where necessary
Working with local/regional/national publications to create print advertising campaigns
Managing events and exhibitions including trade shows, product launches etc.
Copywriting for internal and external marketing materials
Management of all social media platforms including creating interesting and engaging content
To undertake any additional duties as requested by office manager/directors
About the person:
The perfect candidate will have experience across branding, marketing and PR and will be the best in what they do. You will be confident working independently and as part of a team, and will strive to seek out opportunities that will deliver ROI.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills/attributes:
A 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in marketing, branding or business
At least two year's experience within a branding/marketing/pr position - preferably client-side
Have strong project management skills and have great interpersonal and communication skills to conduct effective relationships internally and externally
Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and fantastic attention to detail Strong copywriting skills that can be applied to consumer and trade material
Understanding and an interest in interiors/luxury/lifestyle industries - you must love furniture!
Ability to navigate and amend the backend of the website where necessary
IT literate including office programmes, broad knowledge of all social media and blogging (wordpress a bonus!)
Comfortable in working with directors to make important decisions
A fantastic telephone manner with the ability to influence key press/influencers
