Some lovely news; Our gorgeous showroom in West London (TW7 6NJ) is open again! We have ample free parking and every customer will receive their own PPE mask, gloves and antibacterial hand gel on arrival. Our delivery teams are also making deliveries across the UK using our own network and selected couriers. International deliveries are also being made wherever possible.
Please note that all deliveries remain contactless and for your safety, our ‘room of choice delivery’ is still unavailable.
SHOWROOM: (By Appointment Only) We are open again and we can’t wait to welcome you to our beautiful West London showroom. To keep our customers and staff safe, we are opening by appointment only for now, and each visit will be limited to a 1-hour time slot so that we can be fair to all and fit as many appointments in a day as possible. We have decided to restrict the showrooms to a maximum of 2 appointments at any one time. Our showrooms are 8000 sq.ft and this will ensure you have plenty of space to view our lovely products in a relaxed environment.

1. We ask you to kindly stick to the 2-meter rule.
2. If possible, we ask that you visit with no more than one other person. As you know, we absolutely adore children visiting us, but at this uncertain time, we strongly advise against bringing children to the showroom. If they must be brought with you, please keep them closely supervised at all times.
Our showrooms are very spacious (8,000 sq ft), so rest assured that you will be safe and comfortable on your visit.
We are taking extra precautions to keep your visit as safe as possible and as mentioned above, will supply full PPE kits at your disposal for use if needed.
READY TO GO: If you require furniture and accessories quickly then you may wish to visit our READY TO GO section. These items are delivered usually within 2-3 weeks. Once we receive your order and know the postcode for delivery, our team will then update you with a more accurate delivery date.
HANDMADE IN LONDON: Our production line is still beavering away, with government guidelines at the forefront of their minds to keep their working environment safe. If you are thinking of ordering from our Handmade In London range please do so with confidence, noting there may be a slight delay on your order. Q. What delivery service are you currently able to offer?
We are using our own delivery vehicles as well as selected third party providers. Deliveries are going out each day. Due to government guidelines we are only able to offer contactless doorstep deliveries. Room of choice, and assembly is not currently available. Once restrictions are lifted we shall of course re-instate this.
Q. Can I still order?
Yes! You can still order online. Orders received are being processed daily, and in a date of order preference.
Q. Can you give me an idea when I will receive my purchased items?
Our website lead times in this current climate are approximate. We are advising that on manufactured items we may have a further delay of approx. 1-3 weeks (depending on Government lockdown guidelines). Smaller items which can typically be sent out via the postal networks are usually delivered within 2-7 working days (if in stock in our warehouse). We are delighted, thrilled and excited to open the doors to our showrooms once again! However, please note that in the interest of staff and customer safety, we will be opening by appointment only as a temporary measure and until further notice.
