Returns & Refunds

We truly hope you adore your new piece from Sweetpea & Willow. However, if something isn't quite right, we're here to help. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully to ensure your return is handled smoothly and fairly.

Change of Mind Returns

If you decide you no longer want an item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us and return it.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

We do not accept returns on:

• Bespoke or made-to-order items
• Clearance products
• Items delivered via our White Glove Service once the original packaging has been removed or disposed of

In some cases, a restocking fee may be applied.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@sweetpeaandwillow.com.

Be sure to include:

• Your full order details including order number
• Clear photographs of any damage or issues

Please keep the item safe and in its original packaging while we assess the situation promptly and arrange the appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping & Collection Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which vary depending on the size, weight and location.

You may:

• Request a collection through us (fees will be quoted in advance)
• Arrange your own insured courier (note: we cannot refund items lost or damaged in transit without appropriate insurance)

Refunds & Replacements

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus the original delivery charge and any applicable collection or restocking fees
• If an item is faulty, we may offer a repair, replacement, or full refund depending on the circumstances, availability, and timeframes

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. However, for bespoke items, once you’ve agreed the bespoke form or disclaimer, the order becomes final and cannot be cancelled or returned under any circumstances.

Bespoke & Clearance Items

Please note:

• Bespoke and clearance pieces are sold as seen and are non-returnable
• When placing a bespoke order, you agree to the terms outlined in the form and disclaimer, after which the order is processed and confirmed

Natural Materials & Finishes

Many of our products are crafted using natural materials, making each piece truly one-of-a-kind. Variations in colour, grain, texture and finish are to be expected.

Items with distressed, antique or vintage finishes may include deliberate imperfections, reflecting their authentic character. Colours may also vary slightly depending on screen settings and display quality.
