From designs created by our own creative team to a wide choice of luxurious fabrics, finishes and materials, you can personalise your furniture to bring your mood boards to life and create something truly special for your space. Whether it’s selecting the perfect linen/velvet for your sofa or choosing a stunning wood finish for your dining table, each bespoke piece is carefully made to your specifications, using high-quality, durable materials designed to be enjoyed for many years to come.

Because bespoke items are made especially for you, they are manufactured exclusively to your chosen fabrics, finishes and dimensions. For this reason, bespoke furniture is purchased outside of standard UK cancellation terms. In line with UK consumer law, bespoke items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once ordered, unless they are found to be faulty.

Once you place a bespoke order, a member of our friendly sales team will send you a confirmation email detailing your selected options. Production will only begin once you have reviewed and confirmed that all details — including fabrics, finishes and dimensions — are correct, giving you complete peace of mind before your beautiful piece is made.

What items can I bespoke?

*Please note that only upholstered Laskasas and Domkapa pieces can be altered. Please get in touch for more information.


How long will it take to receive my item?
This varies per brand and will be discussed before you order.


Can I request fabric swatches?
Yes! Fabric swatches for Exclusively Sweetpea can be ordered here. For swatches from other brands, please email sales@sweetpeaandwillow.com


Can I change the size of my bespoke item?
Depending on the brand and product, alternations can sometimes be made to an item so that it is the perfect fit for your space. It cannot be changed once production has started. Please contact our sales team for more information.


Can I cancel a bespoke order?
As soon as you confirm back to us via email that you wish to proceed with your bespoke item, then production has officially commenced and cannot be cancelled. We provide a tight lead-time on our orders and pride ourselves in efficiency, and hence all orders are processed immediately. Once the bespoke order is received and signed off, it can not in any event be cancelled. This piece is made for you!


What if my bespoke piece is faulty or damaged on arrival?
We strongly suggest that you always use our white-glove service. This enables us and you to physically see the item on arrival as all packaging is removed and taken away. Please notify our delivery team of any damage or issues before they have left the premises, as we will be unable to return to collect the item later on. Please then get in touch with our customer services team immediately via phone on 03452572627 or email info@sweetpeaandwillow.com and we shall discuss the issues with you. As this item is bespoke, it does fall outside of our "no quibbles 14-day return policy" so please ensure all items are checked thoroughly on arrival as they will need to be signed for and accepted to meet our Bespoke Terms & Conditions.
