As another year draws to a close, I always love taking a quiet moment to reflect on everything that’s shaped Sweetpea & Willow over the past twelve months. The milestones, the memories, and all the little moments in between that remind me why we do what we do.
A Year of Change, Growth & New Chapters
2025 has been a year of meaningful progress for us, both as a business and as a family. One of our proudest milestones was moving into our new premises in Richmond, a long-held goal that finally became a reality. Alongside this, we’ve continued to invest in the latest technology to improve how we work behind the scenes, helping us to be more efficient and, most importantly, to offer an even better experience for our customers. That has always been, and will always remain, at the heart of Sweetpea & Willow.
We’ve also been incredibly grateful for the continued support and interest from the press, both here in the UK and internationally. Seeing Sweetpea & Willow featured so regularly across interiors, lifestyle and design titles is always such a joy, and we’re endlessly thankful to the journalists and publications who continue to share our story.
On a more personal note, this year also brought some big (and emotional!) family milestones. Watching Rowan head off to university and Ava start sixth form has been a proud reminder of just how quickly time flies. When you work in interiors and create homes designed to grow with you, it feels especially fitting to pause and appreciate these moments.
Our Instagram community has brought me so much joy this year too. One particular highlight was our Father’s Day Q&A with my dad, which struck a chord far beyond anything I expected and became our most-viewed post to date, with over 72,000 views. It was such a lovely reminder of how much you enjoy seeing the people behind Sweetpea & Willow, not just the interiors. And for those who loved that moment, there are more familiar faces to come, including a very special Valentine’s feature with some of my favourite family members!
Another very special highlight was finally completing our long-awaited project in Ibiza. This beautiful home has become a true reflection of our design ethos and gives us a relaxed, lived-in space to showcase our furniture and interiors. With its mature gardens and stunning original features, it has already provided the backdrop for several fashion, interiors, and lifestyle shoots, and you may have spotted a few familiar scenes on Instagram.
Exciting Brand Partnerships & Exclusives
This year has also been an exciting one for brand partnerships. We were absolutely delighted to welcome Bolia, Flamant and more recently Bernhardt to Sweetpea & Willow.
Becoming a UK Preferred Partner for them is a real honour for us and their ‘sneak peek’ 2026 collections look simply gorgeous!
Behind the scenes, we’ve also been busy developing new designs for our much-loved Handmade In London collection. These are pieces that are thoughtfully considered, beautifully made, and designed to stand the test of time, and I can’t wait to share more with you very soon… watch this space.
Jacquie’s Favourites
Bernhardt has long been one of my favourite brands, and I personally own several of their pieces. To now offer their collection at Sweetpea & Willow feels incredibly special. These are truly pieces for life - furniture you’ll want to live with, love, and eventually pass down through generations.
Dome Deco has also continued to impress us this year with their gorgeous new designs and fabric offerings. Their refined, Scandinavian-inspired aesthetic aligns perfectly with our belief that timeless design will always outlast fleeting trends. Sustainability remains front of mind in everything we do, and Dome Deco shares that philosophy beautifully.
From our own collection, our Dreamcatcher Bed, Half Moon Bed and luxury mattresses have once again been firm favourites. Interior designers continue to love them for their exceptional quality, comfort and accessible pricing, something we’re incredibly proud of.
Design Inspiration & Looking Ahead
As we look towards 2026, our design direction feels warmer, richer and more considered than ever. We’re seeing a move away from cool greys and towards berry-toned neutrals, earthy clays and soft, grounding shades that bring balance and subtle depth to a space.
Texture continues to play a huge role, with layered natural materials such as linen, wood and stone adding comfort and effortless elegance. Sculptural silhouettes are also coming through strongly, introducing a gentle sense of movement without overwhelming a room.
Sustainability remains at the heart of everything we do, not only in materials and manufacturing, but in encouraging thoughtful investment in enduring pieces. Our continued work with interior designers, hotels and larger-scale projects has reinforced the importance of practical, durable solutions, including Crib 5 compliance, without ever compromising on beauty.
Behind the Scenes at Sweetpea & Willow
Behind the scenes, 2025 has been a busy and exciting year. From hosting countless shoots and creating fresh content, to welcoming new faces across our creative, sales and customer service teams - it’s been a year full of momentum!
Our growing social and creative team has brought so many new ideas to life, and we’ve loved finding new ways to connect with our community. Travel and industry events have continued to inspire us too, with visits to Decorex and Maison & Objet offering valuable insight into emerging trends. Brand visits with Jonathan Adler, Dome Deco, Arteriors and others have given us fresh perspectives that will shape our collections moving forward.
Looking Ahead
As we move into 2026, there’s so much to be excited about. January will see the official launch of a beautiful new brand, Flamant, to Sweetpea & Willow. This launch feels entirely natural to us and perfectly aligns with our aesthetic and values. It’s something we’ve been working on for some time and we’re excited to share it with you. Alongside this, we’ll continue expanding our Handmade In London collection, which remains a core part of what we do and something we’re incredibly proud of. Thank you for your continued support of this collection and the craftsmanship behind it as we look ahead to the year to come.
Thank you, as always, for being part of the Sweetpea & Willow journey. Your continued support truly means the world to us, and I can’t wait to share what’s next.
Wishing you a wonderful end to the year and a happy, healthy New Year!
